Return and Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted for defect or faulty products, same price and variant, referring to original order, and while stock lasts. Please contact our Customer Service immediately for assistance. Exchanges of faulty items are free of charge.
Item must be returned in maximum 7 days after product is delivered to customer.
Item must be in complete brand new condition: clean, unworn, unwashed and returned in its original packaging in place with SILMAA hang tag attached.
Please use a trackable delivery service as we are not accountable for any lost package in transit.
SILMAA will only process the exchange once the returned items are received in its original condition.
Once we have received your return items, please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the stock runs out, we will refund your money within 3 business days after we receive the returned items.
