Do your products range in size?
Most of our outerwear is all size and our top, bottom, & dress categories have sizes ranging mostly from M-XL.
Do all products have the same sizing details?
Different products might have different sizing. Kindly check each product’s description details.
How do I measure my body to find the right size for me?

Do you restock ‘out of stock’ items?
Some of our products might be restocked. You can click the ‘notify me’ button to get a notification when we restock the product you are interested in.

How soon can I accept my order?
We will process your order the Next Business Day / in 24 hours. The shipping company then needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you. However if you need fast delivery, you can contact us at: +62851 7448 2040 or choose to pick up the order in the Delivery menu.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by signing in to your account and check your order history. You can find the tracking number for all your orders there. You will also receive your order tracking number via email when your order is shipped.
I have not received my order and it has exceeded the estimation arrival date.
Delays sometimes can occur due to several reasons. Shipping couriers also do not ship on Sundays and public holidays. Please contact our Customer Service and we will help you to follow up with the shipping company. Contact us at: +62851 7448 2040
How long will it take to receive my order?
We offer four types of shipping:
Estimated delivery time: Next business day.
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days, depending on your location.
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Can I return/exchange the product?
We do not accept size exchanges. However, if you receive defective product or a wrong order, you are eligible for return/exchange free of charge. Please read more about our return & exchange policy here
