Do your products range in size?
Yes, most of our outerwear is one size and our top, bottom, & dress categories have sizes ranging mostly from M-L.
Do all products have the same sizing details?
Different products might have different sizing. Kindly check each product’s description details.
How do I measure my body to find the right size for me?

Are all photos shown in this website real pictures of your product?
Yes we always use real pictures of our product.
Do you restock ‘out of stock’ items?
Some of our products might be restocked. You can click the ‘notify me’ button to get a notification when we restock the product you are interested in.
Do you have an offline store?
We do have our products in Alisha Fancy Shop in Bandung, Bogor, Tasik.
Do you ship internationally?
How soon can I accept my order?
We will process your order the NEXT BUSINESS DAY / in 24 hours. The shipping company then needs certain amount of time to deliver it to you.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by signing in to your account and check your order history. You can find the tracking number for all your orders there. You will also receive your order tracking number via email when your order is shipped.
I have not received my order and it has exceeded the estimation arrival date.
Delays sometimes can occur due to several reasons. Shipping couriers also do not ship on Sundays and public holidays. Please contact our Customer Service and we will help you to follow up with the shipping company.
Can I return/exchange the product?
We do not accept size exchanges. However, if you receive defective product or a wrong order, you are eligible for return/exchange free of charge. Please read more about our return & exchange policy here
Silmaa Return & Exchange Policy
1. We do not accept size exchanges. Please check the size guide in product description before purchasing.
2. Exchanges are accepted for defect or faulty products, same price and variant, referring to original order, and while stock lasts. Please contact our Customer Service immediately for assistance. Exchanges of faulty items are free of charge.
3. Item must be returned in maximum 7 days after product is delivered to customer.
4. Item must be in complete brand new condition: clean, unworn, unwashed and returned in its original packaging in place with SILMAA hang tag attached.
6. Please use a trackable delivery service as we are not accountable for any lost package in transit.
7. SILMAA will only process the exchange once the returned items are received in its original condition.
8. Once we have received your return items, please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed.
9. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the stock runs out, we will refund your money within 3 business days after we receive the returned items.
How to Order
1. Open the browser and go to website silmaa.id
2. Log in or register using Email /Facebook.
3. Choose the product.
4. Click “BUY NOW”, and "Pick Size" Then "Pick Quantity" . The product will be in "My Cart".
5. Click " Edit" to change the quantity. Click "Continue Shopping" to add another product.
Click"+ Apply Voucher" If you have the voucher code for product or shipment.
Click "+Add note" to give explanation.
6. Click "ORDER NOW", fill the shipment form. Open the "Term and condition". Click “I agree & continue”. Choose the shipment and click "Select this method",
7. Choose a payment method until the order process is successful
Payment & Confirmation
1. We accept payment by Bank transfer, E-Payment (OVO), Minimarket (Alfamart).
2. If you were not process the payment until deadline. Your order will automatically be cancelled.
